Jerry at Verizon in Detroit Lakes is extremely professional and helpful considering I live several states away. He is my go to guy at Verizon, and always gets my questions answered in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone that has Verizon as a provider. Keep up the good work!

I was very impressed with the customer her. I bought a Samsung phone from Walmart's website and it was supposed to be for Straight Talk. Upon receiving the phone it said Verizon all over it. Soon after getting the phone up and running I noticed not all of my apps were working properly. I brought it in to be mobile (Verizon), but one of their prepaid plans and it has worked better than ever.
