  JoAnn helped my select my new mower. She was very kind and courteous. She answered all my questions about the mower and was very knowledgeable. There was another guy who helped me learn how to run my mower and he was great too. 5 stars experience with JoAnn at Sears in Detroit Lakes, MN. I would shop there again for sure.

The entire crew was very helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I understood all I needed to know about the Appliance I was inquiring about.
